Hi, my name is Nicole. I have an AAS in Medical Administration and a certification in Medical Coding with the AAPC. I come from many years in food service management, but I have been beyond blessed with working for Erica's Billing Services for nearly two years. I am a wife, and a mother to a precious little boy. My happy place is family movie nights cuddled on the couch at home.



I have always had a passion for helping people,and strive to build relationships through exceptional service.

Hi, my name is Harley and I live in Magnolia, TX. I was in the medical field for 3 years when I decided to take the course for billing and coding so that I could be utilized anywhere in the office. 4 years later, it was the best thing I had ever done for myself! I absolutely love it. I have experience in multiple specialties including family practice, behavioral, pain management, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and remote patient monitoring.

I have been blessed to be a part of Erica's team the past few years, and I am excited to continue building great relationships and make a difference with the work that I love to do.

I am a mother of two amazing little boys. Outside of work, I enjoy singing at my church and spending time with my family. 

My goal is to live a life full of peace and to raise my boys to be happy and confident young men. Oh, and to cook a little bit better!

 My name is Venus, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the medical billing industry. With a strong background in benefit check verification, billing claims, and processing of EOBs/Payment Posting. 

I play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of claims and payments for healthcare providers. With a strong understanding of insurance policies, medical codes (ICD-10, CPT), and billing regulations, I ensure that all services are billed correctly and that providers are paid in a timely manner.
Has a passion for improving outcomes and enhancing the efficiency of work processes. Thrives in dynamic environments, collaborating with teams to ensure quality service delivery.


Despite all these experiences, I am committed to continuous learning, and expanding my knowledge in medical billing.

Nikki

 Account Manager

Hi, I'm Nikki! I'm Texas born and raised. I started my career in medical billing and revenue cycle management 14 years ago. I have experience in multiple states and specialties, and have dedicated the last 9 years to ABA and other therapy based revenue cycle management. My prior ownership in a software and billing company, currently on the market, has helped me to further develop a better understanding of the needs of my clients. I am results-driven and have proven success in developing and implementing process improvements that enhance revenue collection, increase efficiency, and reduce claim denials. I have a love for Excel, numbers, and analysis! Above all my number one motivation is my family. Motherhood has taught me the importance of communication, collaboration, adaptation, effective problem solving, resilience, and patience. Today, I channel my family's motivation into my work by using the skills I have cultivated as a parent and wife to build successful relationships and outcomes. 

Shanese Wise

My name is Shanese Wise I live in Garland, TX with my husband and 2 of 3 of our boys (3rd son off at college, Louisiana State University). I have been doing Medical Billing and Coding for 18 years for multiple specialties including Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Pain Mgt., OB-GYN, Cardiology and now Behavior Health. Getting my MB&C diploma from Anthem College previously known as High Tech Institute in Irving, TX.

Specializes in administrative and revenue cycle management with individual physician or group practices. Completing credentialing, contracting, new practice management systems implementation and educating other employees on systems and applications.

A powerful force in the workplace and uses positive attitude and tireless energy to push through and encourage others to succeed. I’m inspired daily by my husband and three sons. In free time I like to listen to music, walking and “trying new recipes with my husband.”
